Chef Tyra and Chef Sabrina blend culture, comfort, and creativity to serve food that feeds both the body and soul.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Tyra is the daughter of Panamanian-born parents with Jamaican roots. Her love for food was shaped by the bold, vibrant flavors of Panamanian cuisine-- a fusion of Spanish and Caribbean influences that filled her childhood home. She catered her first event in 1996 and has been cooking with heart ever since.

Though self-taught, her travels around the world introduced her to a wide variety of global cuisines, inspiring her unique and flavorful cooking.

Chef Sabrina is a true Southern girl who brings warmth, tradition, and soul to every dish she touches. Known as the "cold chef," she specializes in beautifully crafted salads, cold appetizers, and Southern-style favorites.

With over 15 years of experience serving in craft services on movie sets, she’s mastered the art of feeding people well—on and off camera.

Her approach is rooted in the comfort food she grew up with, paired with an eye for presentation and a deep love for creating meals that feel like home.

Together, Chef Tyra and Chef Sabrina create a culinary experience that honors their roots, celebrates their passion, and brings people together-- one delicious plate at a time.
